In this course students will follow a 6-week plan to pitch, develop and write a spec script for the half-hour sitcom of their choice. Weekly classes will be held via video with one on one feedback given over email or WriterDuet. This class will not only help you complete a spec script, it will also discuss writing fellowship submissions and offer insight from guest instructors working professionally in TV writing on shows such as Brooklyn 99, Mixed-ish and Bob’s Burgers.
